关于间歇法施工中分块温度收缩应力的计算研究 被引量:3

摘要 我国经济的发展与生产力的提高促进了大批机场、体育场馆、会展中心等大型复杂建筑的兴建,这些工程推动了我国超长混凝土结构间歇法无缝施工工艺的发展.超长结构间歇法施工需要将结构沿长度方向按照一定的长度进行分块后无缝施工,对分块长度、浇筑间歇时间以及混凝土抗裂验算均涉及到先浇块和后浇块拉应力计算问题,然而目前该领域的计算仍为空白.超长结构分块施工时,先浇块是温度收缩变形能量释放最有效的块体.后浇块受到了块体底部和先浇混凝土块体一侧相邻面两处的外约束,这是和先浇块受到的外约束不同之处,因而其温度收缩应力的计算公式是不能直接套用先浇块的,这也是本文主要解决的问题.以两个相邻的底板分块为例,结合试验数据与理论研究,分别对先浇块与后浇块最大拉应力的计算公式进行了讨论和推导,最终得到了分块施工时一套针对先浇块与后浇块温度收缩应力最大值的计算方法. With the development of our country’s economy and productivi ty,a large number of airports , stadiums,convention centers and complex bui ldings are constructed. These pro-jects have promoted the seamless construction technology of the over-long intermittent meth-od. In the construction of the super long structure, a sequence of sub blocks shall be divided according to the length of the structure and the length direction. For the rationality of block length, the pouring intermittent time and the calculation of concrete crack are related to the first pouring and post-pouring block tensile stress calculation. However,at present the cal-culation in this field is still blank, and the first runner is the most effective block of tempera-ture shrinkage deformation energy. The post cast block is subjected to the external con-straints of the two sides of the bottom of the block and the side of the first cast concrete block different from that of the prior cast block, so the calculation formula of the temperashrinkage stress can not be directly applied to the first place, as is the main problem in this paper. The paper with the two adjacent blocks as example, discusses and deduces for calculating formula of pre cast block and pouring block maximum tensile stress according to the experimental data and theoretical research. Finally it gets the calculation method of the value of stress in block construction of the pre cast block and temperature shrinkage.
