Control over Surface Scale on Q235 Hot Rolling Steel Strip

摘要 针对Q235热轧带钢表面氧化铁皮缺陷,分析了其产生原因,通过优化精轧工艺及轧制制度,严格控制相关工艺参数,减少了表面氧化铁皮,FeO组分减少,无镀层发乌现象发生,提高了带钢表面质量。 The authors analyze the cause of the defect of surface scale on Q235 hot rolling steel strip. Through optimizing finish rolling process and rolling system and strictly controlling technological parameters, improvement was achieved, i. e., reducing surface scale and FeO component, eliminating darkening on galva-nizing layer and improving strip surface quality.
