摘要
研究溃坝(堰)洪水演进对下游区域的灾害预警和防洪决策等具有重要意义。基于HEC-RAS一维非恒定流水力学模型,考虑不同的入库流量及围堰破坏形式,对某水利工程施工期围堰溃决洪水进行了数值模拟,并分析了各工况下围堰溃口及河道下游的洪水流量过程、洪峰到达时间等。研究成果可为该工程防洪抢险预案的制定提供科学依据,同时可供其他类似工程参考。
Study on the flood routing caused by dam( cofferdam) failure plays an important role in the early warning and flood control decision for the downstream area. Based on HEC-RAS,an one-dimensional unsteady hydrodynamic model,the flood of cofferdam-break during the construction period of a hydropower project was simulated by considering different reservoir inflow and cofferdam failure modes. The flood peak discharge and flood peak appearance time at the cofferdam cross section and downstream area under different cases were analyzed. The simulation results can provide scientific foundations for the pre-planning of flood safety and emergency treatment and reference for similar projects.
