氟保护漆联合自酸蚀粘结系统对年轻恒磨牙窝沟封闭的临床评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价氟保护漆联合自酸蚀系统窝沟封闭术对年轻恒磨牙进行窝沟封闭的临床效果。方法选取300例6~8岁儿童已经完全萌出第一恒磨牙1 200颗。采用自身半口对照法,随机选择同颌一侧第一恒磨牙为实验组(n=300),另一侧设为对照组(n=300);实验组应用氟保护漆联合自酸蚀系统窝沟封闭,对照组应用传统磷酸酸蚀法进行窝沟封闭。观察术后6、12、18个月封闭剂保留率和龋齿发生情况,并对比两组操作时间的差异。结果术后6个月实验组和对照组窝沟封闭剂保留率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后12、18个月实验组窝沟封闭剂保留率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月实验组和对照组龋病发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12、18个月实验组龋病发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组封闭一颗牙齿的时间(129±9.3)s较对照组(243±8.6)s显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论氟保护漆联合自酸蚀系统进行窝沟封闭可提高材料保留率,能有效预防年轻恒磨牙窝沟龋,缩短手术操作时间,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical applications of Fluor protector combined with self-etching adhesive system in the technique of pit and fissure sealant on young permanent tooth.Methods 1200 first permanent molar from 300 children aged 6 to 8 years old were studied,and the split-mouth design was used in the study.The first permanent molars were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The teeth of experimental group (n=300) were used with Fluor protector and self-etching adhesive,while the teeth in control group (n=300) were sealed with phosphate acid system.The cases were observed after 6,12,18 months after the operation.The caries rate,retention rate were observed and the operating time was compared between experimental group and control group.Results 6 months after operation,there was no significant difference in retention rates between the two groups (P〉0.05),and the retention rate of experimental group were statistically higher than that in control group after 12,18 months (P 〈0.05).The caries rate in experimental group was not significantly different from that of control group after 6 months (P〉0.05),while the caries rate in experimental group was statistically lower than that in control group after 12,18 months (P〈0.05).The time of operating a tooth in experimental group was (129±9.3)s,which was significantly shorter than (243±8.6)s in control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Fluor protector combined with self-etching adhesive of Pit and Fissure sealant technique could improve the retention rate and reduce the incidence of caries,and save the operating time.It is suggested that the Fluor protector combined with self-etching adhesive of Pit and Fissure sealant technique on young permanent teeth should be applied to clinical practice.
