摘要
工业制冷行业氯化钙载冷剂蒸发器换热管材料常用碳钢和镍铜两种材料。碳钢容易被腐蚀,而镍铜换热管经济性比较差。通过对铝黄铜材料的特性分析及与碳钢和镍铜的试验对照,得出结论:铝黄铜应用在工业制冷氯化钙载冷剂中作为换热管是可行的。同时,为了提高铝黄铜换热管的使用寿命,对设计、制造、使用等各环节提出了质量控制要求。
Carbon steel and CuNiT0/30 are the most common material used in CaC12 brine evaporator heat exchanger tubes in industrial refrigeration. Carbon steel is easy to be corroded, and CuNi70/30 is too expensive. The article analysis the characteristic of HA177-2 and corrosion test comparison to carbon steel, CuNi70/30. Then draw a conclusion it is feasible that HA177-2 heat exchange tubes used in CaC12 brine. At the same time, the article gives the quality control requirements to design, manufacturing, application etc. to increase the HA177-2 heat exchanger tubes lifetime.
