摘要
纳米粉体在硅橡胶中的分散程度受其性质、表面改性剂种类和用量、表面改性工艺以及胶料复合工艺等因素的影响。分别论述了4种纳米粉体白炭黑、CaCO_3、粘土和CNT在硅橡胶中高分散性研究进展。结果表明,纳米粉体表面的特殊性质使其填充的硅橡胶极易发生团聚;所述4种纳米粉体多采用表面改性法改善其表面性质,提高其在硅橡胶中的分散性。
The dispersion of nano-powders in silicone rubber was affected by physical properties of nano-powders,type and amount of surface modifier,surface modification process and mixing technology of compounds.The research progress of high dispersivity of 4 kinds of nano-powders(silica,CaCO3,clay and CNT)were discussed,respectively.The results showed that the surface special properties of nano-powders could make the filled silicone rubber compounds to create agglomeration.The surface properties of the 4 kinds of nano-powders were modified by using surface modification process,and the dispersivity was improved in silicone rubber.
