抽汽压损变化对煤耗率影响的通用强度矩阵计算模型

摘要 抽汽压损是一种不明显的热力损失,它使蒸汽的做功能力下降,热经济性降低。加热器抽汽压损的变化将影响火电机组的发电煤耗率,因此定量计算分析抽汽压损变化对火电机组发电煤耗率的影响对节能降耗具有重要的现实意义。文中提出了一种计算抽汽压损变化对煤耗率影响的新方法,该方法以火电机组热经济性分析的统一物理模型和数学模型为基础,建立了基于强度矩阵的抽汽压损变化对煤耗率影响的通用计算模型。本模型不必建立热力系统能量平衡方程与质量平衡方程,且推导简单、计算量小、精度高和通用性强,为研究抽汽压损改变对机组热经济性的影响提供了一种新方法。 Extraction steam pressure loss is a significant heat loss, it makes the steam work capability decreased, thermal economy decreased. Change of steam extraction pressure loss will affect the coal consumption rate of thermal power units, so the quantitative calculation and analysis of effect of extraction steam pressure loss rate of coal consumption for power generation in thermal power plant has important practical significance for energy saving. This paper presents a calculation method of the new extraction steam pressure loss rate of coal consumption effect, the unified physical model and mathematical model of this method on thermal economy analysis as the foundation, established a general model for calculating the pressure loss of pumping intensity variation matrix based on the influence of coal consumption rate. The model does not need to set up a system of thermal energy balance equation and mass balance equations, and the derivation is simple, small amount of calculation, high precision and strong versatility, provides a new method for the study of extraction steam pressure loss change influence on thermal economy of unit.
