摘要
自2013年湖南省出台《加快电商发展若干政策措施》以来,湖南县域农村电商产业总体发展良好,保持高速增长态势。但同时也存在一些突出的问题,诸如农产品供给雷同、电商模式应用不清晰、产业集聚力不足、人才匮乏等。新常态背景下,湖南省在转变经济发展方式,优化产业升级转型过程中,如何抓住县域农村电子商务这一战略性发展契机,从问题入手来提出针对性解决方案,将成为当前、乃至未来湖南电商战略规划的重点工作。
The E-Commerce industry develops well as a whole and maintains a rapid growth since Hunan government introduced "Policies and Measures to Accelerate the Development of E-Commerce" in 2013. However,there are still some prominent problems as follow: supply of identical agricultural products, improper application of E-Commerce models, insufficient industry agglomeration and lack of relevant talents, etc. It will become the important tasks for Hunan province in its present and future E-Commerce strategic planning how to grasp the strategic development opportunity of rural E-Commerce in county-level and what countermeasures to put forth targeting the existing problems.
