摘要
聚合物改性纤维水泥砂浆PFCM常被用于混凝土结构的裂缝修补以及增大界面加固法中。不同的环境对PFCM加固混凝土梁构件的影响程度主要取决于PFCM耐久性、加固材料耐久性、PFCM/混凝土界面黏结耐久性等。本文通过四点弯曲加载试验,研究了经聚合物改性纤维水泥砂浆修复的混凝土梁在不同暴露和加载温度条件下的弯曲性能、荷载–挠度曲线和破坏模式。根据试验结果得出的主要结论如下:加固层能显著提高梁的抗弯性能;温度的升高将导致聚合物砂浆修复层与混凝土间的界面粘结强度降低,加固梁的塑性降低,钢筋和聚合物改性水泥砂浆间的粘结力下降。
Polymer-modified fiber cement mortar (PFCM) is generally used in the crack repair of concrete structure and interfacial reinforcement. The influence of different environment on consolidating concrete beam via PFCM is dependent on the durability of PFCM, the durability of reinforcement materials, the bonding durability of the interface of PFCM concrete and so on. Based on four-point bending tests, this paper studies the ultimate bearing capacities, load-deflection curves and failure modes of the beams strengthened by PFCM under high humidity and different temperature conditions. Our main conclusions include: (a) The bearing capacity of beams have been significantly improved by the strengthened layer. (b) The decrease in interfacial bond strength, the plasticity of strengthened beams and the bond between rebar and PFCM have been observed at elevated temperature.
