吹扫捕集气相色谱-质谱法测定饮用水中挥发性有机物 被引量:6

摘要 建立饮用水中55种挥发性有机物的吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱分析方法。采用吹扫捕集法对饮用水55种挥发性有机物进行富集,热解吸后导入气相色谱-质谱仪,并选用选择离子模式(SIM)进行检测。其回收率在87.90%~118.03%,其中40种化合物的两个水平回收率均在90%~110.0%范围;相对标准偏差均小于10%;进样量为5 m L时,方法的定量下限(LOQ)范围为0.006μg/L^0.123μg/L(S/N=10)。该方法且具有富集效率高、无试剂再污染等特点,适用饮用水中55种挥发性化合物的分析测定。 The analytical method for determining 55 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in water was estab-lished by purge and trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(P&T-GC/MS). The suitable method with high enrichment efficiency and no reagent re contamination for determination of 55 VOCs in water was obtained using the following optimized procedure:enriching the 55 VOCs with purge-and-trap methods, thermal desorption, 5 mL injection volume, and finally determining VOCs by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry with selection ion mode (SIM). The recovery rate of 55 VOCs ranged from 87.90 % to 118.03 %,and 40 of the 55 VOCs ranged from 90.0%to 110.0%, with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were less than 10%. The limits of quantification(LOQ) of the method were between 0.006μg/L to 0.123μg/L(Signal/Noise=10).
