摘要
本文针对2014年5月11日吉林省飞机增雨作业过程,分别从天气背景条件、人影作业需求、作业条件预报、飞机作业与观测、作业效果评估等方面进行了分析总结。利用基于聚类分析的作业效果统计评估方法对此次作业效果进行评估,结果表明作业有正效果。
The operation of aircraft precipitation enhancement in Jilin Province on May 11,2014 was analyzed in this paper. It is summarized from the aspects of weather background conditions ,operating requirements, operating condition forecast, aircraft operation and observation ,operation evaluation,etc. The effect of the operation was evaluated by the cluster analysis method, the results showed that the operation had a positive effect.
