摘要
目的丹珍头痛胶囊治疗老年原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效分析。方法选取2014年1月至2015年11月在大连市友谊医院老年病科一病房就诊的老年原发性三叉神经痛患者101例,随机分为:丹珍头痛胶囊联合卡马西平治疗为试验组(51例)与卡马西平治疗为对照组(50例),采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估患者用药前和用药后1周、2周、4周疼痛程度。结果丹珍头痛胶囊联合卡马西平组治疗前与治疗后1周、2周、4周比卡马西平组指标优异,较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹珍头痛胶囊治疗老年原发性三叉神经痛效果显著,值得在临床推广。
Objective Danzhentoutong capsule clinical curative effect analysis for the treatment of senile primary trigeminal neuralgia. Method Selection from January 2014 to November 2014 in a ward geriatrics department of Dalian friendship hospital 101 cases of elderly patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into： Danzhentoutong capsule combined carbamazepine treatment for experimental（51 cases） and carbamazepine treatment as control group（50 cases）, using visual analogue scale（VAS） to assess patients medication before and after 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks pain degree. Result Danzhentoutong capsule combined carbamazepine group before and after treatment 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks than carbamazepine group index is excellent, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Danzhentoutong capsule treatment of senile primary trigeminal neuralgia effect is remarkable, is worth popularizing in clinical.
