摘要
目的分析军队某三甲医院建设住院医师规范化培训(简称规培)的实践,探讨下一步工作模式。方法对医院既往建设规培工作进行梳理,参考文献分析并总结。结果军队某三甲医院自2010年开展规培工作以来,不断探索军民融合新模式,完善三级管理体系,紧抓政策学习,强化师资队伍,优化培养方案,培育学术氛围,落实福利待遇,将规培工作作为医院教育培训工作的重点内容,并对规培工作的建设提出了相应的思考。结论在目前工作基础上,该院拟严格按照国家基地要求,进一步规范师资培训及学员管理,提高学员培养质量。
Objective To investigate some new thoughts for the standardized residency training in an army hospital.Methods Reorganized the experiences during the past construction,and made some comparison with the literatures.Results During the past 6 years,the army hospital explored the new mode of military management for residents,improved the system of management,underlined the study of policy,optimized the team of teachers,constituted the scientific training program,strengthened the academic atmosphere and ensured the benefits.Most importantly,the work of standardized residency training was an essential part of education and training system.Conclusion On the basis of the current work,this military hospital will be strict accordance with the national requirements,put the training of the teachers and the management of the students with further specification.
