摘要
采用TDC-GP22芯片测量超声波在水中顺流和逆流传播时的时间差来间接测算水速和水流量,用K系数法对流量和温度差进行积分求出热量。结合STM32F103C8T6低功耗单片机,完成了对超声波热量表软件系统和硬件系统的设计,提高了测量精度,降低了功率消耗和成本的投入。经多次测量结果证明:该超声波热量表测量精度可达热量表行业标准的2级要求。
The TDC-GP22 low power consumption and high precision measurement chip, based on time digital conversion technology was adopted to measure the water velocity and water flow through ultrasonic wave propagation time differience along with the water and against the water.K coefficient method was used on flow and time difference for integral to get heat.Combining stmicroeleetronics company low-power microcontroller STM32F103CST6, ultrasonic heat meter software system and hardware sys- tem design were completed, improving the measurement precision and reducing the power consumption and cost. Repeated measurement results show that the heat meter with high accuracy Can meet the requirements of heat meter industry standard grade 2.
