摘要
针对目前高压隔离开关在运行过程中存在触头碰撞严重、可控性差、合闸弹跳及传动部件易损坏变形等问题,设计了一套电机驱动机构智能控制系统,该系统以ARM硬件系统为核心,通过对多传感器输出信号的实时采集,利用变论域模糊控制策略对触头运动速度和位移进行实时调节;同时设计了智能电子装置(IED)实现对机构运动状态的实时监测、风险评估和IEC61850远程通讯。试验结果表明该系统能够提高隔离开关智能化水平,消除合闸弹跳,提高响应速度和控制精度,满足隔离开关分合闸速度要求,是对高压开关设备智能化的一次有益探索。
Aiming at the problems such as serious collision, poor controllability, closing bounce and deformation of transmission parts in the operation process of high voltage disconnector, an intelligent control system for motor drive mechanism based on ARM hardware system was designed. Using the real-time multi-signals acquired from sensors with the ARM hardware system as the core, the variable universe fuzzy control strategy was adopted to adjust the speed and displacement of contact.Meanwhile, an intelligent IED was also designed to monitor the motion state, evaluate risk, and remote communicate with IEC61850. The test results show that the system can effectively improve the intelligent level of the high voltage disconnector, eliminate the closing bounce, improve the response speed and control accuracy, and meet the requirements of opening and closing speed. It is a beneficial exploration to improve intelligent level for switch equipment.
