摘要
为了在复杂产品开发过程中对产品设计变更的传播进行预测和控制,设计者需要从这些可能的传播路线中选择最佳的方案。针对过去设计变更传播模型按顺序先后处理功能、结构、制造变更效率上的不足,提出了并行变更传播的设计思想,将产品设计过程中的变更进行并行处理,以时间作为判据来搜索最短的变更传播路线。采用交集与子集的逻辑方法分析并行处理过程,用并行度来选择并行传播最短的路线。结果表明,并行传播比串行传播更节约变更处理时间。以家用分体式空调为例,阐述了并行变更传播模型,验证了该方法的有效性。
To forecast and control the propagation of product design changes in complex product development proces- ses, designers needed to manage change propagation paths and select the best one. Compared with change propaga- tion model which needed to manage change one by one in the past, a parallel change propagation model was presen- ted to search the shortest path. Intersection and subset were used to analyze parallel change propagation. Degree of parallelism was used to select the shortest propagation path, The result showed that parallel change propagation model saved more time. A case study of change propagations in household split-type air-conditioner design process was presented to demonstrate the proposed method.
