摘要
为增加碳纤维的表面反应活性、增强与表面镀层的界面结合强度,对碳纤维进行化学镀前的预处理工艺研究。通过对处理后的碳纤维表面显微形貌的对比分析,对碳纤维预处理工艺中的粗化液成分、粗化处理时间、敏化液成分及活化液成分进行优化。结果表明:当粗化液选用过硫酸铵、粗化时间为40min、敏化液中氯化亚锡的含量为5g/L、活化液中硝酸银的含量为200g/L时,碳纤维表面可形成一层光亮、致密、与基体结合良好的镀层。
The pretreament process surface reactivity and interfacial of carbon fibers before electroless bonding strength with coatings. is studied in order to enhance the The component of the etching, sensitization, activation and the time of etching are optimized though analysis of the morphology of carbon fiber. The result shows that the best etching solution is tammonium peroxydisulfate, the content of stannous chloride in sensitization is 5 g/L, the content of silver nitrate in activation is 200 g/L and the etching time is 40 rain. The coatings are luminous, compact and tightly combined with carbon fibers.
