摘要
目的研究悬吊训练对脑瘫患儿下肢功能的影响。方法选取2015年5月至2016年5月本院收治68例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,依据康复治疗差异,分为实验组(n=34)与对照组(n=34),对照组采取常规康复治疗措施,实验组于其基础上配合悬吊训练,对比2组训练前后腓肠肌张力、GMFM评分、膝过伸角度、足背屈角以及Furl—Meyer评分。结果实验组训练后腓肠肌张力[(1.28±0.21)级]、膝过伸角度[(4.46±3.02)]、足背屈角[(68.72±1.46)],明显小于对照组[(1.85±0.33)级、(5.98±3.21)、(87.45±1.63)。](P〈0.05);实验组训练后GMFM评分[(78.35±3.68)]、Furl—Meyer评分[(86.34±6.77)1,明显高于对照组[(63.47±3.34)、(77.35±6.13)](P〈0.05)。结论基于常规康复治疗进行悬吊训练,可有效减小脑瘫患儿腓肠肌张力,改善膝过伸症状,显著缓解运动障碍,具有积极实施意义。
Objective To study the effect of suspension training on lower limb function in children with cerebral palsy. Methods From May 2015 to May 2016, a total of 68 children with cerebral palsy in our hospital were taken as the clinical research objects, and divided into control group (34 cases) and experimental group (34 cases) according to theft rehabilitation treatment. Both groups were given traditional rehabilitation therapy, besides the experimental group was given suspension training. The gastrocnemius muscle tension, GMFM score, genu recurvatum angle, foot dorsiflexion angle, and Furl-Meyer score in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The gastrocnemius muscle tension, genu recurvatum angle, and foot dorsiflexion angle in the experimental group after treatment were respectively (1.28±0.21), (4.46±3.02)±, and (68.72±1.46)±, which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(1.85±0.33), (5.98±3.21)±, (87.45±1.63)±] (P〈0.05); GMFM score and Furl-Meyer score in the experimental group after treatment were respectively (78.35±3.68) and (86.34±6.77), which were significantly higher than those in the control group [(63.47±3.34), (77.35±3.13)] (P〈0.05). Conclusion Suspension training combined with traditional rehabilitation therapy has positive meaning in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy, can not only effectively reduce the gastrocnemius muscle tension and improve the symptoms of genu recurvatum, but also significantly relieve the movement disorder.
