摘要
目的优选复方金菊口服液的的工艺条件,对复方金菊口服液的主要有效成分进行含量测定。方法采用确定性筛选试验优化复方金菊口服液的提取工艺,使用HPLC对复方金菊口服液的主要有效成分绿原酸进行含量测定。结果复方金菊口服液的最佳处方工艺为:鱼腥草、广藿香中的挥发油采用水蒸气蒸馏法,液料比为10ml/g,回流提取6h;其余药材采用水提醇沉法,提取2h,提取2次,醇沉浓度为75.8%。结论优选的处方工艺合理、可行,为复方金菊口服液提供实验依据。
Objective To study the optimum concentration and determination of compound Jinju oral liquid. Methods The formulation technology of the compound Jinju oral liquid was optimized by certainty screening design, and we determined of the main active ingredient by HPLC. Results The optimal formulation technology consisted of that volatile oil extraction parameters was as follows: 10 folds of water and extracting for 6 h, and chlorogenic acid parameters was as follows: extracting for 2 h, extracting for 2 times, concentration of alcohol sink was 75.8%. Conclusion The optimal technology is reasonable and feasible, which provides experimental basis for compound Jinju oral liquid.
