摘要
民国时期,政府为发展少数民族地区社会经济文化,制定了边疆教育的政策和相关措施;地方政府及社会人士采取积极举措努力设校兴学,发展边疆民族教育。省立黄平初级小学应势开设,在黔东南加巴苗族地区积极吸收苗族学生接受学校教育,在推动民族地区教育发展,促进社会各方面进步发挥了积极作用,对促进民族地区民众教育观念的转变、民族国家意识的提升和现代文化知识的传播产生了重要影响。
In the period of the Republic of China, in order to develop social economy and culture in ethnic regions, the government made policies for frontier education and the local governments and social people took active actions to set up schools to develop frontier ethnic education. The provincial Huangping Primary School in Gabah Miao Area of Qiandongnan Prefecture vigorously absorbed Miao students to receive school education. It played an active role in promoting educational development and social progress in ethnic regions and had an important influence on changing people' s educational ideas, promoting national consciousness and spreading modern cultural knowledge.
