摘要
针对单点渐进成形过程中金属板材受力不均及成形件表面质量不高等缺陷,本文基于单点渐进成形原理,通过对主要部件进行计算选型,设计出两点复合渐进成形装置,并与单点渐进成形进行实验对比。结果表明:在相同的参数下,两点比单点渐近成形所需成形力更小,与单点渐进成形力的变化趋势一样;成形件粗糙度减小,表面质量有所提高,证明该两点渐进成形装置设计可靠。
Aiming at the defects due to uneven stress and low surface quality of single point incremental forming, this paper designs a double incremental forming device according to the theory of single point incremental forming and calculates the critical piece, then compares it with single point incremental forming by experiment under same parameters. The results show that the device, which can improve surface quality and decrease force, is credible during production.
