摘要
在火力发电中,燃煤产生的烟气中存在很多的SO_3,这些SO_3会降低烟气中的酸露点,导致电厂烟囱中的水蒸气和燃煤产生的SO_3结合形成具有腐蚀性质的硫酸蒸汽,硫酸蒸汽遇冷凝结下来之后会对混凝土和烟囱产生低温腐蚀。通过对电厂烟囱遭受腐蚀的原理进行研究,以此来选择出适合的耐腐蚀材料,提高电厂运行的安全性。
In thermal power plants, coal-fired flue gas includes a lot of SO3, these SOa will reduce acid dew point of flue gas, and cause corrosive sulfiaic acid vapor, which is formed by combination of the water vapour and the SO3 ,and the SO3 is from the coal-fired gas in power plant chimney. This sulfuric acid vapor will erosion the concrete and chimney when it has cooled down. Paper analyzes the principle of chimney corrosion in thermal power plant, based on this research, we select a suitable corrosion-resistant material to improve the operation safety of thermal power plant.
