免疫组化CK7、CAM5.2、CEA、P63及AB/PAS在宫颈癌分型中的应用及相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察免疫组化细胞角蛋白7(CK7)、低分子质量细胞角蛋白(CAM5.2)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、抑癌基因P63及阿利新蓝-过碘酸雪夫氏(AB/PAS)在宫颈癌分型中的应用及相关性。方法选取2014年1月~2016年10月本院收治的宫颈癌患者60例,患者行手术治疗获取宫颈癌组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测组织中CK7、CAM5.2、CEA、P63表达水平,对获取组织行AB/PAS特殊染色。结果 60例中鳞癌50例,腺鳞癌4例,腺癌6例。中、高分化鳞癌存在明显的分化现象;60例宫颈癌患者免疫组织中腺癌6例,腺鳞癌4例,低分化鳞癌35例,中分化鳞癌13例,高分化鳞癌2例。CK7阳性率为46.67%,P63阳性率为83.33%,CAM5.2阳性率为68.33%,CEA阳性率为100.0%;60例患者中,AB/PAS染色在腺癌中发生率为83.33%(50/60),腺鳞癌发生率为6.67%(4/60),低分化鳞癌发生率为8.33%(5/60),中分化鳞癌和高分化鳞癌发生率均为0。结论宫颈癌不同分型中CK7、CAM5.2、CEA、P63表达水平存在差异,联合AB/PAS染色在宫颈癌鉴别中有一定鉴别作用。 Objective To observe the application and correlation of immunohistochemical cytokeratin 7(CK7), low molecular weight cytokeratin (CAMS.2), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), tumor suppressor gone P63 and AB/PAS in cervical cancer typing. Methods 60 patients with cervical cancer who were admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to October 2016 were selected. Cervical cancer tissues were collected through surgical treatment. The expression levels of CK7, CAMS.2, CEA and P63 in tissues were detected by immunohistochcmistry. AB/PAS special staining was per- formed for the collected tissues. Results Among 60 patients, there were 50 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 4 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma, and 6 cases of adenocarcinoma. There was significant differentiation in the moderately and highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma; in the immunological tissues of 60 patients with cervical cancer, there were 6 cases of adenocarcinoma, 4 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma, 35 cases of lowly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, 13 cases of moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and 2 cases of highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. CK7 positive rate was 46.67%, P63 positive rate was 83.33%, CAMS.2 positive rate was 68.33%, and CEA positive rate was 100.0%; in 60 patients, the incidence rate of AB/PAS staining in adenocarcinoma was 83.33%(50/60), the incidence rate of adenosquamous carcinoma was 6.67%(4/60), and the incidence rate of lowly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was 8.33%(5/60). The incidence rate of moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was 0. Conclusion There are differences in the ex- pression levels of CK7, CAM5.2, CEA and P63 in different types of cervical cancer. Combined AB/PAS staining has a certain role in the identification of cervical cancer.
