摘要
目的探讨以岗位胜任能力为导向运用PDCA循环法在大批新到岗护士岗前培训中的应用。方法对229名新到岗护士以岗位胜任能力为导向,运用PDCA循环法进行岗前培训。结果以岗位胜任能力为导向运用PDCA循环法培训后,新到岗护士的理论知识和基本操作技能的成绩均得到提高,考核成绩与岗前培训前进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。持续改进后第二批培训成绩比第一批成绩提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以岗位胜任能力为导向运用PDCA法进行岗前培训比传统培训方案对于新到岗护士临床护理能力的培养更为有效,能够有效地增强新护士的综合素质及临床适应能力。
Objective To explore the application of post-competency-oriented PDCA cycle in the training of a large number of newly employed nurses. Methods A total of 229 newly employed nurses were trained for pre-job skills using PDCA cycle method oriented in post-competency. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and basic operation skills of newly-employed nurses were improved after training with post-competency-oriented PDCA cycle method. There was significant difference in the results of the examination between before and after training(P〈0.05). The training results in the second batch was higher than that in the first batch after continuous improvement, and the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion It is more effective to apply post-competency-oriented PDCA cycle than traditional training program in the cultivation of clinical effectively enhance the comprehensive quality nursing ability for the pre-job training of newly-employed nurses. It can and clinical adaptability of new nurses.
