摘要
目的:探讨新型敷料在糖尿病足创面处理中的应用价值。方法:随机选取2015年6月-2016年6月本院接收的84例糖尿病足患者,将患者按随机数字表法分为传统组和新型组,各42例。传统组应用传统敷料处理,新型组应用新型敷料处理,对比分析两组患者的足溃疡治疗效果和恢复情况。结果:新型组患者的总有效率和显效率均明显高于传统组,换药次数明显少于传统组,愈合时间显著短于传统组,处理后的踝肱指数高于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用新型敷料处理糖尿病足患者溃疡创面,可显著改善患者愈合疗效,减少换药次数,促进恢复愈合,临床应用前景广阔,值得推广。
Objective： To explore the value of neotype dressing in the treatment of diabetic foot wounds. Method： 84 patients with diabetic foot in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected, they were randomly divided into the traditional group and the neotype group, according to the random number table method, 42 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with traditional dressings, the neotype group was treated with neotype dressings, the therapeutic effect and recovery of foot ulcer in two groups were compared and analyzed. Result： The total effective rate and the effective rate of treatment in the neotype group were significantly higher than those in traditional group, the dressing change times were significantly less than that in traditional group, the healing time was significantly shorter than that in traditional group, the ankle brachial index after treatment washigher than that in the traditional group, the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The neotype type of dressing can improve the healing effect of patients with diabetes foot ulcers, reduce the dressing change times and promote healing, has broad prospects in clinical application and is worth of being generalized.
