摘要
现代学徒制教育教学模式付诸实施时需不断创新与实践,在班级管理方面更需加强创新。南苑班"岗位化"管理模式,采取构建组织模型、三个无缝对接、双导师体系和配套相应制度等路径,收效良好。当然,实施新模式存在岗位角色转化难、双导师协同力弱、与原有模式冲突等问题,须依托校、企、生三方协议,完善弹性见习制,强化双导师考核等措施加以解决。
In modern apprenticeship implementation process, the education and teaching model needs continuous innovation and practice, and the class management mode should even be innovative. The paper focuses on implementing ways of the new model in Nanyuan class management, such as establishing organization mode, three seamless docking, dual-mentor system and the related supporting systems, and the effectiveness is good. Of course, there are some problems in the management, such as having difficulty in role transformation, being weak in cooperation between the two mentors, and having conflict with the original model etc. Thus, the measures of relying on tripartite agreements among school, enterprise and college students, improving the flexible trainee system, and strengthening double-mentor assessment should be taken to solve these problems.
