摘要
上海电气上重铸锻有限公司为了降低生产成本,通过改变钢锭模的材质,在使用前进行去应力退火等措施,自行设计和生产了200T系列钢锭模。经实践证明,钢锭模使用寿命从原先的25次提高到29次,生产成本下降了10%;钢锭模的失效主要有模上部的纵裂纹和锭模内壁的大面积龟裂。为进一步提高钢锭模的使用寿命,对纵裂纹和龟裂的成因进行了分析。
In order to reduce the cost of production, Shanghai Electric Shangzhong Casting and Forging Company takes measures before usage, such as changing the materials of ingot mould, conducting stress annealing. The 200T series of ingot mould is designed and produced. Proved by practice, the life of ingot mould is increased from the original 25 to 29, while the production cost is reduced by 10%. The main mode failure of the ingot mold is the longitudinal cracks on the top and the large area of wall cracks is formed in the ingot m old. To improve the life of ingot mould, the causes of longitudinal cracks and cracks are analyzed.
