摘要
采用循环伏安法在石墨阳极表面合成聚吡咯/碳纳米管(PPy/CNT)复合膜,将其应用到厌氧流化床微生物燃料电池(AFBMFC)中,研究AFBMFC的产电能力和污水去除率。对不同阳极进行X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)的表征,并用交流阻抗法(EIS)、循环伏安法(CV)考察不同电极的电化学性能。PPy/CNT膜阳极应用于AFBMFC后,电池的最大功率密度达到150.54mW·m-2,开路电压为793.3mV,污水COD去除率为94.51%,相对于未修饰阳极,分别提高了74.85%、25.71%和24.04%。结果表明,PPy/CNT可以作为一种导电性能较好的复合材料应用于MFC阳极中。
Polypyrrole/carbon nanotubes(PPy/CNT)composite film anodes were prepared using electrochemical cyclic voltammetry(CV)method.The prepared anodes were applied in an anaerobic fluidized bed microbial fuel cell(AFBMFC)to examine the production of electricity and the removal rate of waste water treatment.The modified anodes were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM).The electrochemical behavior of the modified anodes were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and CV method.When the PPy/CNT film anode was used in the AFBMFC,the maximum output power density was up to 150.54mW·m^-2,the open circuit voltage was 793.30 mV and the COD removal rate reached 94.51%,which were 74.85%,25.71%,and 24.04% higher than those of unmodified anode,respectively.The resultsshowed that the PPy/CNT composite anode could serve as a kind of composite materials with better conductive properties used in the anode of MFC.
