摘要
以三轴运动控制系统为研究对象,以GE RX3i集成伺服控制系统为实验平台,采用硬件和软件设计相结合的方法进行设计。介绍了RX3i集成控制系统硬件设计,以及如何利用PME编程软件进行程序设计和iFIX软件进行组态控制界面的设计过程。结果表明:以iFIX和RX3i控制器分别作为软、硬件实现开发界面来对运动系统进行控制具有较好的易控性。
This paper presented three-axis motion control system as the research object, and with theGE RX3i integrated servo control system as the experimental platform, the design of hardware andsoftware method was adopted. In this paper, the hardware design of RX3i integrated control systemwas introduced, and how to use the PME programming software to design the control program and theiFIX software was introduced in detail. Article shows that to realize the development interface tocontrol motor system has better ease of control, taking Ifixes and RX3i controller as of software andhardware respectively.
