摘要
为了研究化工模拟软件在烟气污染控制领域的应用,以尿素湿法同时脱硫脱氮和尿素/飞灰混合浆液同时脱硫脱氮为例,介绍了Aspen Plus工艺流程的建立,以温度变量为例给出了灵敏度分析的方法,通过分析研究,为Aspen Plus应用于烟气污染控制提供了理论参考。
In order to investigate the application of chemical simulation software in the control of flue gas pollution, this paper des- cribed the establishment of the technical process of Aspen Plus by taking urea wet process and urea/fly ash mixed slurry while simultaneously achieving desulfurization and denitrification as the examples. Taking temperature variable as an example, this paper introduced the methods of sensitivity analysis, and carried out research for analysis, providing theoretical references for the applica- tion of Aspen Plus in the control of flue gas pollution.
