摘要
人们谈论历史、非遗等社会科学的作用常常会用到"资政育人"一词,这是由于多位前任或现任党和国家领导人在讲话、书信以及有关部门在此基础上形成的文件中频繁地使用的缘故。最近十多年来,越来越多的人把"资政育人"写成"咨政育人"。经文献学的考察得知,媒体发布党和国家领导人的讲话和书信等重要文献或作"资政育人",或作"咨政育人",而党和国家领导人亲笔留下的书面材料用的是"资政育人",不是"咨政育人";从语言学的角度来看,党和国家领导人用"资政育人"是规范准确的,而"咨政育人"是不规范的,亟需纠正。唯有如此才能更好理解并更加有效地发挥历史、非遗等社会科学的作用。
In recent more than 10 years,'aid in government and education for people'(资政育人) or 'consultation in government and education for people'(咨政育人) has often been used when we talk about the functions of history,heritage and archives and other social sciences,this is due to the frequent use of many national leaders in their speeches and letters. More and more people use 'consultation in government and education for people' instead of 'aid in government and education for people',and there is a replaced trend. After the examination that the records of the written materials of the national leaders of themselves,we can find that they use 'aid in government and education for people' instead of 'consultation in government and education for people',and it is right from the linguistic point of view. We must use the correct character in using the Chinese idiom according to the national leaders,and the wrong character must be corrected.
