摘要
探讨了基于Socket的细纱机信息化系统的开发及应用。比较了几种主流细纱机数据获取的方法,介绍了基于Socket的信息化系统的网络架构,最终利用Java实现了Socket技术在细纱信息化系统中的应用。实际应用表明:该信息化系统能够快速、可靠地读取30台朗维细纱机底层近三千个生产数据,实现了对细纱工序生产过程的实时监控和信息管理。
Development and application of spinning frame informatization system based on Socket were discussed. Methods for data acquisition from several main current spinning frame were compared. The network archi tecture for informatization system based on Socket was introduced. Eventually, the application of Socket technology in the spinning frame informatization system was achieved by adopting Java. The practical application shows that the informatization system can quickly and reliably acquire almost three thousands underlying production data from thirty Lakshmi spinning frame. The real time monitoring and information management of production proce- dure in spinning process are achieved.
