摘要
跨境电子商务的快速发展迫使外贸公司转型升级,高校人才培养周期长且实践教学资源不足,造成跨境电子商务人才供需失衡。基于人才培养的社会属性及存在市场失灵的现实,需要高校、企业、政府、行业协会和社会教育机构相互协作,解决跨境电子商务人才供需总量短缺和结构失衡问题。
The rapid development of Cross - border electronic commerce gives impetus to transformation and upgrading of foreign trade companies. Because of the long cycle of university personnel training and practice teaching resources in shortage, it would cause the unbalance of the demand and supply of cross - border electronic commerce talents. On account of the social nature of talent cultiva- tion and the reality of market failure, the paper puts forward encouraging intellectual collaboration between colleges, enterprises, gov- ernments, industry associations and educational institutions and the solution to the issue of talent' s supply and demand in shortage and structure unbalance of cross - border electronic commerce.
