摘要
目的:建立测定琥珀酸亚铁片中三价铁和二价铁含量的方法。方法:采用Dionex RFIC^(TM)保护柱(4mm×50mm),Dionex RFIC^MIon Pac^RCS5A分析柱(4 mm×250 mm),淋洗液:7 mmol·L^(-1)吡啶二羧酸、66 mmol·L^(-1)氢氧化钾、5.6 mmol·L^(-1)硫酸二氢钾和74 mmol·L^(-1)甲酸的混合溶液;流速:1.5 ml·min^(-1);柱温:30.0℃;进样体积:1.3μl。结果:Fe3+在0.5~15μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性良好(r=1.000 0);Fe^(2+)在25~200μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性良好(r=1.000 0);Fe^(3+)的平均回收率为103.6%(RSD=2.7%,n=9);Fe^(2+)的平均回收率为98.3%(RSD=1.9%,n=9)。结论:该方法简便可靠,结果准确,可用于琥珀酸亚铁片的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a content determination method for ferric iron and ferrous iron in ferrous succinate tablets. Methods: Using a Dionex RFICTM protection column (4 mm × 50 mm)and a Dionex RFICMIon PacRCSSA analytical column (4 mm × 250 mm) , the eluent solution consisted of 7mmol·L^-1 dipicolinic acid, 66 mmol·L^-1 potassium hydroxide, 5.6 mmol·L^-1 potassium phosphate monobasic and 74 mmol·L^-1 formic acid. The flow rate was 1.5 ml·min^-1, the column temperature was 30.0℃ and the injection volume was 1.3 μl. Results: Fe^3 + showed good linearity within the range of 0.5-15 μg·ml^-1 ( r = 1. 000 0), Fe^2+ showed good linearity within the range of 25-200 μg·ml^-1 ( r = 1. 000 0), and the average recovery was 103.6% ( RSD = 2.7 %, n = 9) and 98.3% (RSD = 1.9%, n = 9), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate, and can be used for the determination of Fe^3 + and Fe^2 + in ferrous succinate tablets.
