摘要
目的研究心理护理和健康教育用于类风湿性关节炎患者临床护理工作中的效果。方法 145例类风湿性关节炎患者作为本次研究的观察对象,根据护理方法的不同分为观察组(74例)和对照组(71例)。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上强化心理护理以及健康教育。对比分析两组患者的心理状态、健康认知水平、治疗依从性以及护理满意度评分。结果护理前两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过1个月的护理,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低幅度优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前两组健康认知水平评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理1个月后观察组患者的健康认知水平评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的依从性为95.95%,高于对照组的84.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度评分为(96.8±7.4)分,高于对照组的(88.4±6.8)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理和健康教育用于类风湿性关节炎患者临床护理工作中是必要的,有助于减轻患者的心理负担,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing and health education applied in clinical nursing of rheumatoid arthritis patients. Methods A total of 145 rheumatoid arthritis patients as observation subjects of this study were divided by different nursing methods into observation group(74 cases) and control group(71 cases). The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received strengthened psychological nursing and health education on the basis of conventional nursing. Comparison and analysis were made on psychological state, healthy cognitive level, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction score in two groups. Results Both groups had no statistically significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) score before nursing(P〉0.05). After 1 month of nursing, both groups had lower SAS and SDS score than before nursing, and the observation group had better decline range than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Both groups had no statistically significant difference in healthy cognitive level score before nursing(P〉0.05). The observation group had higher healthy cognitive level score after 1 month of nursing than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). The observation group had higher compliance as 95.95% than 84.51% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction degree score as(96.8±7.4) points than(88.4±6.8) points in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to apply psychological nursing and health education in clinical nursing of rheumatoid arthritis patients, and it is helpful to reduce psychological burden in patients and improve their quality of life. This method is worth clinical promotion.
