摘要
从BIM应用于建筑工程算量的角度,以某实际工程为例,进行理论分析和案例对比研究,实践表明合理使用BIM软件建模,可以直接、高效、准确地计算大多数组件的工程量。为解决算量软件本土化的问题,进一步提出了国外BIM软件(Revit)的优化方法。
With a focus on the BIM application in construction engineering quantity calculation, taking an actual project as an example, theoretical analysis and comparative case studies are presented in the paper. The practice shows that the rational use of BIM software modeling can directly, efficiently, accurately calculate the great majority of components of engineering quantity. In order to solve the problem of localization of calculation software, the paper puts forward the foreign BIM software (Revit) optimization method.
