摘要
为满足面料市场对蚕蛹蛋白纤维混纺纱面料的需求,使用扫描电子显微镜对蚕蛹蛋白纤维及其混纺纱进行物理化学性能测试.结果显示,蚕蛹蛋白纤维单纤强力较大,断裂伸长率较高,卷曲度相对粘胶较差但可通过混纺改善其性能;蚕蛹蛋白混纺纱具有较高的强度和断裂伸长且条干均匀,回潮率高,耐湿热和耐干热性能好,适合在弱酸、弱碱和中性条件下加工,并且温度不宜过高.各项服用保健性能优良,适合针织服饰的开发.
In order to meet the market demand for the application of pupa protein fiber, the basic performance of pupa protein fiber and its blended yarn (pupa protein fiber/Tencel 50/50) were tested and analyzed. In this paper, the SEM was used to examine physical and chemical properties of the fiber and its blended yarn.The results show that the fiber has higher strength and higher breaking elongation ratio.The relative degree of curl is poor but it can be improved by blending. Blended pupa protein yarn has good strength and large elongation at break, better evenness, high moisure regain and excellent resistance to humid and dry heat,suitable for weak acid, weak alkaline and neutral conditions of processing.And the temperature is not too high.The pupa protein knitted fabrics has excellent wearing properties and good healthcare function.
