摘要
以某直列三缸发动机为研究对象,对其旋转惯性力、往复惯性力及其力矩进行了平衡分析,确定采用单根平衡结构对发动机进行平衡。通过计算确定了平衡轴的关键设计参数,保证一阶往复惯性力矩得到有效平衡,减小了发动机的振动。同时对平衡轴机构进行了有限元分析,结果表明平衡轴的应力和变形量均满足设计要求。
The rotation inertia force, reciprocating inertia force and their moment of one 3 cyl- inder line engine are studied, and a single mass balance shaft unit is selected to balance the engine un- balance moment. Some key parameters of the balance unit are calculated in order to reduce the 1 st or- der reciprocating inertia moment and the vibration of the the balance unit are simulated by using FEA method, the engine. Also, the stress and deformation of results are fulfilling the design requirement.
