摘要
介绍了一种液压机主油缸在数字驱动油缸控制下的位移控制及精确定位方案。该方案主要用于油压机压下过程中的速度控制及下压部分末端精确定位控制。在液压机工作行程中,通过调整数字油缸的阻尼缝隙,改变数字油缸的出油量,控制主油缸的压下速度和位移,完成下压部分末端的准确定位。该数字油缸可代替液压伺服阀,且对油介质清洁度和温升变化均不敏感。
This paper introduces a solution of a hydraulic press main oil cylinder' s displacement control and pre- cise positioning scheme under the control of the digital oil cylinder. The scheme is mainly used for cnn- trolling the speed of the hydraulic press and accurately positioning the displacement of the bottom of the moving part in the process of moving hydraulic press. In the hydraulic press work schedule, control the main oil cylinder movement speed and displacement and complete the accurate positioning for the moving part through changing the oil flow through digital cylinder by adjusting the digital cylinder' s damping gap. The digital cylinder can be instead of the hydraulic servo vale, and it is not sensitive to oil medium cleanness and temperature change.
