摘要
本文从跑道侵入原因入手,利用Delphil法构建了三级评价体系。进一步,应用层次分析法、模糊综合评判法和二次评判法,建立多元评价模型。最后,通过对某机场当前跑道侵入风险的实际量化评价,验证了方法的有效性。分析和计算过程是对跑道侵入风险评估的有效尝试,可为空中交通跑道安全预警和预控管理提供量化参考和决策依据。
According to the causes of runway intrusion, this paper established a three-level evaluation system based on the Delphil method. In addition, this paper puts forward a multi-evaluation model by using the method of AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the second evaluation based on the requirements and characteristics of runway intrusion. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is verified by practical application to a certain airport. Analysis proves that this system is useful for runway risk assessment, which can provide a benchmark for runway safety forewarning and control.
