摘要
传统飞行训练管理模式难以适应现代民航业发展要求,本文以精细化管理理念为指导,提出从以制度为保障,安全为原则,质量为核心,学员为中心,教员为支撑五个方面来创新和完善飞行训练微观管理新模式。
The traditional model of flight training management can barely meet the requirements of the development of modern civil aviation industry. This paper, based on the theory of delicacy management, proposes the following five aspects to innovate and improve the new model of the micromanagement of flight training. They are as follows: Taking the system as the guarantee, safety as the main principle, the quality as the core component, the student as the center, and the teacher as an important support.
