摘要
目前公立医院大型基本建设项目基本都采用了代建制的模式。代建制不是万能的,有其优势,也有不少风险。作为外行的医院基建管理者,如何适应这一模式,有所为有所不为,扬长避短,充分发挥代建制的优势,确保项目的投资、进度、质量和安全四控达到预期目标。
At present the large public hospitals employ the agent to manage the basic construction project. Agent is not everything, there are many advantages and risks. As the hospital managers, how to adapt to this model, preferring to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, give full play to the advantages of acting system, to ensure the safety of the project, investment, progress, quality, and four accused of desired goals.
