摘要
由于光伏发电的随机性、间歇性等特点,评价光伏电站群置信容量时必须充分考虑光伏发电功率波动及光伏电站间功率的相关性。通过对光伏电站群功率特性的分析,采用Copula函数模拟光伏电站间功率相关性,建立计及太阳辐射时变性及功率相关性的光伏电站群功率模型,并以此评估光伏电站群置信容量。算例以IEEE—RTS79为规划系统,以缺电时间期望(loss of load expectation,LOLE)及电量不足期望(loss of energy expectation,LOEE)为指标,计算不同装机容量下光伏电站群置信容量。结果表明,与传统方法相比,本方法可以更实际地评估光伏发电的置信容量。
Because of random and intermittence etc. characteristics of PV generation, evaluating the confidence capacity of clustering PV power plants must consider the fluctuation of PV generation power and the power correlation between the PV power plants. Through analyzing the power characteristics of clustering PV power plants, the Copula functions was used to simulate the power correlation between PV power plants to set up power model of clustering PV power plants considering solar radiation time variability and power correlation, and evaluate confidence capacity of clustering PV power plants.
