摘要
石横特钢集团有限公司炼钢厂为提高转炉煤气回收量,采取优化回收条件参数、降低烟罩、风机转速与二文环缝优化匹配以及三通阀动作时间优化等措施,同时做好喷淋水水质的监督管理和定期点检、及时清淤等日常工作,提高转炉煤气品质,降低了电耗,增加了煤气的回收量,吨钢可增加效益0.6元。
In order to increase the recovery quantity of converter gas, some measures were taken in Steelmaking plant of Shiheng Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. Which included that the converter gas quality was improved, power consumption was reduced as optimizing recover parameter, cover operations for ladle, optimizing fan speed and the two ring joint and valve action time, as well as the supervision and administration of water spray and regular inspection, timely dredging blocking and dredging work daily. With these methods, the converter gas quality was improved, power consumption was reduced, the recovery quantity of converter gas was increased. About extra 0.6 Yuan per ton steel has been got for the benefit.
