摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定参麦散结胶囊主药红花中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法:色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(V∶V∶V=23∶2∶75),检测波长为403 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为35℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A的质量浓度在24.25~121.25μg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5,n=5),平均回收率为97.93%,RSD为1.64%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便快速、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Shenmaisanjie capsules by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). METHODS: The chromatographic column was ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 pure), the mobile phases consist of methanol-aeetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid (V: V: V=23:2:75), with detective wavelength of 403 nm and flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 35℃. RESULTS : The calibration curve of hydroxysaffior yellow A was linear over the range of 24. 25 μg/ml-121.25 gg/ml (r =0. 999 5,n =5). The average recovery rate was 97. 93%, RSD = 1.64% (n = 6). CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, rapid and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
