羟丙基-β-环糊精聚合物毛细管整体柱的微波辅助合成及性能

摘要 采用微波辅助合成了羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)聚合物毛细管整体柱,对反应物的配比进行了优化,并对所得整体柱进行评价及初步应用。基于甲基丙烯酸甘油酯(glycldyl methacrylate,GMA)整体柱表面所带环氧基团较强的反应活性,与HP-β-CD羟基进行开环反应后直接键合到基质表面,采用微波辅助合成法,制得HP-β-CD聚合物毛细管整体柱。采用红外光谱(IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其结构进行表征。实验所得较优制备条件为:V_(GMA)/V_(乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯)为3∶2(占总体积的10%),致孔剂V_(环己醇)/V_(十二醇)为1∶5。对异丙肾上腺素进行了检测。 The study is concerned with the optimization of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin polymer monolith capillary columns preparation conditions. Based on the high activity of epoxy group of glycidyl methacrylate monolith,the hydroxyl of glycldyl methacrylate( GMA) can react to the substrate. The influences of contents of the porogenic solvent and GMA on the monolith morphology and osmosis were investigated.The optimal VGMA/Vethyleneglycol dimethacryl)was 3 ∶ 2( 10% of total volume) and Vcyclohexanol/Vn-dodecanolwas 1 ∶ 5.Furthermore,modified capillary columns were valued by infrared spectroscopy( IR) and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The enantiomers of isoprenaline were partly separated on the polymer monolith capillary columns. However,the separation conditions need to further optimize.
