摘要
在重型数控机床产业,伺服惯量匹配对进给伺服系统的动态性能有着非常重要的影响,文章搭建了数控机床进给伺服系统通用的全闭环仿真模型,以GMC1600H/2五坐标横梁移动龙门加工中心Y、Z轴为研究对象,分析了时域和频域下惯量比对单轴系统性能的影响以及Y、Z轴联动时不同惯量比对直线轨迹和圆形轨迹轮廓误差的影响,给出了直线加工和圆弧加工两种加工形式下较优的惯量比范围,并说明了在超过一定惯量比范围后,系统轮廓误差会呈现明显的波动,为数控机床伺服驱动中的惯量匹配提供了理论依据。
In heavy machine tool industry. Servo inertia matching has a very important influence on the dy-namic performance of servo system of heavy machine tool. In this paper, a general closed loop simulation model of the feed servo system of CNC machine tool was built. To GMC1600H/2 five coordinate beam mo-bile gantry machining center Y , Z axis as the research object. Under the effective of the simulation model, the effect of inertia ratio on the performance of the single axis system was analyzed in the time domain and frequency domain. And the variation of the contour error of the linear and circular trajectories with different inertia ratio was simulated and analyzed in Simulink. At the end of the paper, the preferable inertia ratio of the two machining forms of straight line and circular arc were given. At the same time, it showed that the contour error of the system would appear obviously fluctuation when the range of inertia ratio was beyond a certain range. The theoretical basis was provided for the inertia matching in the servo drive of the NC ma-chine tools.
