摘要
目的妇幼保健工作中人性化服务与管理的应用效果。方法所选病例为本院妇产科一、二病室收治的产妇,共800例,时间范围为2015年3月—2016年3月。所有产妇均对该研究知情同意并自愿签署知情同意书。按照就诊先后顺序,将400例一病室产妇作为研究组(人性化服务与管理护理)与将400例二病室产妇作400对照组(常规护理)。对比两组护理质量评分及护理满意度。结果两组护理质量评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组、对照组产妇护理满意度分别为97.6%、80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇幼保健护理工作中,实施人性化服务与管理护理的效果显著,能改善护理质量,提升产妇护理满意度。
Objective To discuss the effect of humanistic service and management in the maternal and child health care work. Methods 800 cases of delivery women in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected with the informed consent of them, 400 cases of delivery women in the first ward were used as the research group, and they adopted the hu-manistic service and management nursing, and 400 cases of delivery women in the second ward were used as the control group, and they adopted the routine nursing, and the nursing quality score and nursing satisfactory degree were comparedbetween the two groups. Results The differences in the nursing quality and nursing satisfactory degree between the research group and the control group were obvious (97.6% vs 80.0%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of humanistic service and man-agement is obvious in the maternal and child health care nursing work is obvious, which can improve the nursing quality and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients, and it is worth deeply research and promotion.
