情景式PBL教学在心血管内科带教的应用探析 被引量:6

摘要 情景模拟与PBL教学法均能增强互动性,增强医学生的积极主动性,提升其创新能力,因此广泛地应用于各科室临床带教的过程中。心血管内科传统带教模式存在的主要弊端是知识点缺少系统性,使医学生缺乏应对能力,不能对心血管急症作出快速的反应与处理。采取情景模拟方法是在场景中导入,医学生立足于临床的实际情况,锻炼操作模式,掌握心血管内科的专科诊疗方法,医学生具有较强的参与性,能够提升学习兴趣,增强主观能动性。情景模拟PBL教学法,围绕问题这一中心,带教小组参照教学大纲中心、依据血管内科诊疗的重点进行备课、参与临床工作,加强入科教育,一对一进行带教实践,在实习的后期,优化心血管内科诊疗的整体流程,合理设置准确、客观的评价指标。 Both the scenarios simulation and PBL teaching can enhance the interactive quality and initiative of medical students and improve their innovative abilities, therefore, it is widely applied in the clinical teaching course in various departments, and the major disadvantage of traditional teaching model in the department of cardiovascular medicine is that the knowledge point is lack of systematicness thus making medical students lack of handling capability and fail to make a rapid response and treatment of cardiovascular emergencies, the scenarios simulation method is make the medical students practice the operation model based on the clinical actual situation and master the special diagnosis and treatment method in the department of cardiovascular medicine, in this method, the medical students have the strong participation, which can improve the learning interest and enhance the initiative, and in the situational PBL teaching, the teaching group prepare lessons according to the teaching program key points and diagnosis and treatment key points in the department of cardiovascular medicine and participate in the clinical work, enhance the education before entering the department and conduct the one-to-one teaching practice, in the later stage of practice, they should optimize the holistic course of diagnosis and treatment in the department of cardiovascular medicine and rationally set the accurate and objective evaluation indexes.
