摘要
随着职业教育的不断发展,办学模式转变及办学规模的扩大,教务管理在学校管理中的作用显得越来越重要,教务管理工作的水平和质量好坏直接影响到学校教学质量的好坏。要想提高高职院校教务管理质量,本文主要从加强教务管理队伍、完善教务管理人员制度、创新教务管理模式三个方面进行论述。
With the continuous development of vocational education, the transformation of school running mode and the expansion of school scope, the role of educational administration management in school management is becoming more and more important. The level and quality of educational administration management directly affect the teaching quality of the school. This paper mainly discuss the strengthening of educational management team, improvement of educational management system, innovation of teaching management mode to improve the quality of educational administration management in higher vocational colleges.
